The Glass Slipper Spa offers Stott Pilates classes to help clients improve their posture, core strength and flexibility, and to increase health and well-being.  Pilates conditions your body and mind to work within its natural forces to enhance muscle tone. The benefits include:

Introduction to Essential Pilates Matwork
This class for beginners will provide a foundation in Pilates techniques.

Essential 1
This class is for people who have taken the introductory class and want to take their workouts to the next level.

Essential 2
This intermediate class is for clients who have mastered the techniques and principles of the Introduction and Essential 1 classes.
