SPA TREATMENTS
All services are administered by Licensed Professionals. All instruments used are individually autoclaved (hospital grade sterilization) & packaged for your protection. Any instruments unable to be sterilized for subsequent use will be sent home with the client.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to leisurely prepare for your spa experience. In the event of a late arrival ... your service will be adjusted accordingly. Please turn off cell phones when entering the spa.
CANCELLATION
Spa Rooms are reserved especially for you. Therefore, spa packages and multiple services must be guaranteed with a credit card or pre-payment. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services; a 50% cancellation fee will be retained when required notice is not given.
APPOINTMENTS
To suit your schedule, if you require a specific time for your next spa treatment please book your next appointment before leaving or phone well in advance. Your Credit Card number or pre-payment is required at time of booking.
Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard is accepted.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates can be purchased for a specific amount, specific procedure or specific package. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but fully transferable.
