SPA TREATMENTS
All services are administered by Licensed Professionals. All instruments used are individually autoclaved (hospital grade sterilization) & packaged for your protection. Any instruments unable to be sterilized for subsequent use will be sent home with the client.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to leisurely prepare for your spa experience. In the event of a late arrival ... your service will be adjusted accordingly. Please turn off cell phones when entering the spa.

CANCELLATION
Spa Rooms are reserved especially for you. Therefore, spa packages and multiple services must be guaranteed with a credit card or pre-payment. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services; a 50% cancellation fee will be retained when required notice is not given.

APPOINTMENTS
To suit your schedule, if you require a specific time for your next spa treatment please book your next appointment before leaving or phone well in advance. Your Credit Card number or pre-payment is required at time of booking.
Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard is accepted.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates can be purchased for a specific amount, specific procedure or specific package. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but fully transferable.

GRATUITIES
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

A procedure suitable for all ages and all skin types!
As the name implies, the process involves abrasion of the skin, using a diamond crystal hand piece with a suction attachment. The procedure removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells to reveal the fresher, younger cells beneath. Microdermabrasion will benefit those with aging skin, uneven skin tone, acne or acne scarring, enlarged pores, pitted scars, bumpy skin, dull complexion, sun damaged skin, and fine lines. HOT ROCK AND SCALP MASSAGE: 1 HOUR
This massage will leave you warm, rested and rejuvenated. When you arrive and snuggle under warm sheets, warm stones are strategically placed on the body to penetrate heat into the deep tissue of the muscles. The stones glide across the body in long flowing strokes, increasing circulation, and providing comfort and relaxation. A paraffin dip for the hands is included.
